Hi ! Iam new to Ukcampsite but not new to camping ! We have just had to upgrade to a larger tent and opted for the Outwell Oregon 5 due to an expanding family which is due in November ! We have had the tent up and it looks and seems great ! The only problem I have and its only a niggly one ! It was ment to come with a tempreature guage and I just cant find it ! LOL Is it worth contacting where I got the tent from or just be happy with what I have got ? Thanks

Dont bother contacting them, a lot of people have found that they do not actually work anyway,ours has been stuck on 26degrees since we got it and the built in compass never moves LOL
Normally you would find it clipped near the front door on the outside.

Scotland must be a lot warmer than Holland, as our gauge always says 28 degrees !
In truth, it's there to kid you on that the snow and hail and horizontal rain outside is only in your imagination, and in Outwell Land, it's really Mediterranean weather. If you check the gauge often enough, you begin to believe it.
I want Outwell to design a rain gauge which always says "zero". I'd believe that too !
