I have just returned from a 4 night break camping in my new Nevada 3.
Now firstly the weather has been awesome, apart from a little bit of rain pitching, after which it cleared and the sun shone for the rest of the week, so the tent hasn't been tested in the rain or the wind as it was absolutely wind free -I could hardly believe my luck with the weather.
The tent was very easy to erect and once erected you can't believe the amount of room as it's deceptively spacious.
Now, I camp solo so it was like a palace for me.
Enormous sleeping space - put up my Intex bed, plenty of room to store my clothes and personal things.
In the living area, a table, chair, 2 stools, cooler box, EHU, heater etc.
I couldn't believe it.
Loads of light through the 3 windows and mesh on the large front one where you can make the canopy.
Outwell's sealed in ground system, plenty of guys to secure the tent, all for £99
I have a few tents but this one is the only for me now when I go solo camping. I loved it and felt so at home. A few other campers asked if they could have a look inside and were very complimentary and surprised at the amount of room.
In 'Go Outdoors' at Wakefield last week, they had the Nevada 3 erected with the Vango Large canopy on it. It fitted perfectly.
Go for it. If you are a solo camper you can't go wrong with this tent.

We have a Outwell Nevada 3 and love it. Plenty of light and spce. We have just bought a this from 'a well known internet auction site'! It fits perfectly. Is easy to pitch. Doesn't cut out any of the light. Just after we pitched, it poured down with rain, and we were perfectly dry. We now can't wait to use it over Bank holiday weekend.
Hi. It sounds as if you are both as thrilled with the tent as I am. I have not felt such at home in a tent as I did with this one. I have previously camped solo in the Vango Albany 400. I did like it, but this is far better, far quicker to erect and with so much light owing to the three windows. I can't wait to go again - this time with a canopy and I'm thinking to myself that the one you gave me a link for would be ideal as I shall only ever camp in this tent on my own (not sharing it with anyone nar nar!)

Does anyone think the Outwell universal side canopy would fit on the front of it, cos I already have one of those! If it fits, maybe, just maybe, I've found my next tent...
I'm not that well into canopies but maybe someone will be along to guide you. Former Scout is probably the person to ask as he too has a Nevada 3. I have ordered the other one with the link provided.

I'm very interested in this little tent!

The answer is definitely YES. We have both, and they fit together surprisingly well. There is a "gap", but it is behind the front face of the tent. Also, as the front of the tent slopes so much, there is not too much "floor area" under the canopy. But, there is enough room for a table and two chairs, and it keeps the rain off.
Note - we pegged out the tail guys behind the tent, rather than clipping them to the back of the tent. So there is a bit of a spaghetti forest at the rear.
cheers

I bought the nevada 3 from go outdoors 2 weeks ago for £89.99 + shop card they still had 7 when I was there yesterday. I have just managed to erect the tent myself today due to the weather, it took 40 mins which I thought not bad for a first time the poles are color coded blue, red and black also a spare pole in the bag can't complain at that price I don't think it will be tested this year unless we get a Indian Summer lol.

I also have the Nevada 3 and bought the very same canopy from probably the same seller as you. I haven;t had a chance to fit it yet so it is good to hear it fits perfectly.
One question though - how far out does the canopy come, ,how much space is there under the canopy?
