Just bought a Cabanon Aruba, 5 years old and looks pristine. Can't believe the quality- I don't think we'll miss our old Outwell Hartford XL- fed up of sleeping in it and wondering at which point it would blow down. I'm thinking canvas frame tents are the future...Need a decent groundsheet now!

This was the best frame tent I ever owned. The only gripe (and it was a minor one) was the kitchen poles required more than my attention span would give to put up totally tidy.
With practice this is an easy tent to put up and down and the build quality was top notch.
Fantastic tents - we have the Athena which was model before Aruba (very similar)and its like new. We took it to France for two weeks recently and it was just perfect in every way.
Slightly of topic, but can I be cheeky and ask what make trailer that is in your gallery, I like the idea of the wheels being under the base, so no protruding mudguards, also is it running 13" wheels or the smaller 8/10" offerings, thanks.

Those Cabanon frame tents are superb, as for groundsheet, have a look at your local pond shop or garden centre, you can pick up heavy duty Butyl Rubber 1mm thick, pond liner for around 50p Sq Ft, can work out expensive, but will last forever, I have a lump of the stuff to help protect the ZiG on my tent, you can buy it of the roll, or if you are real lucky they may have a roll end for the size your after, 12ft width is about std, but I think you can get upto 14ft.

You won't regret getting an Aruba - best tent we have ever owned.
We use the footprint groundsheet for the Sprayway Valley 8 tent as our groundsheet for the Aruba. The width is just right to cover the floor with some to go up the walls and the excess length folded back under the bedroom inners - with the mudflaps tucked underneath we are toastie!

This was an old trailer bought some years ago from ABI - they told me then that the EU legislation was going to make all wheels on trailers be under the box - yep another one which didn't happen. I am sorry but I can't remember the name now, but I never saw another one anywhere!

Sounds like another great idea that has bit the dust, I am currently looking for a 6x4 trailer, and there are plenty around, but not of the design in your gallery, which is a pity, but hey ho, I will be getting sorted before the end of the year, in readeness for next season.
