I have returned from a great holiday in bude and I am booked in to return shortly. I thought I better look at the tent and it has been damp inside the bag and the roof looks like it may have mould.... I am really feeling stupid at not getting it out sooner and wondered if anyone can advise of a cleaner that gets rid of mould without damaging the waterproofing?

Oh dear that sounds like mildew.
You could try 1 part milton to 10 parts water,sponge on the affected area.
The golden rule of camping.....Never put your tent away wet,or even with the slightest dampness.Must be bone dry including the guyropes.
