hi there, i am hoping someone has experience of this tent and can offer some advice !
We are looking at getting one and wondered what people thought ! also are there any special considerations as this will be our fist polly cotton - i have been told that if you put them away wet you have to within 24 hours re erect them to avoid them shrinking to a point where they will not fit the frame - is that really the case ?
We also looked at the vermont xl as another option but thought for the same money polly cotton has to be a better bet ?
thanks

I remember looking at the Zanzibar, when they had one on display at Castlecroft Camping Radcliffe, part of the JR Leisure group, very nice tent, the PolyCotton was a lighter weight version of the Outwell offering, one of the TenCate Solair variants I guess, also the ZiG/SiG was fairly lightwight also, nothing wrong in that as the packsize would be good.
Hi I bought a zanzibar 600 this year for my family. it is a truley fantastic tent J&R Leisure are doing them for £475 at the moment. As for the packing away wet I have never heard of it shrinking, but obviously its always best to re-errect to dry the tent asap if packed away wet

I am also looking at buying one of these - and Jr leisure is the cheapest I have found, but will probably get it from a local store as they a do a price match.
A lot of online stores are selling these at about £100 more and even found one selling it at the RRP which is near the £800!!
