We have just returned from a few days in Holland with a de waard albatros in pristine condition, a brand new basecamp tent still in its box at a third of the lowest shop price (nice crimbo gift for my brother), new friends and change from 1000 euros.And we had a great time.

We have to say a huge thank you to Angie and her hubby for their endless time, translating, chauffering us around and laughter. It would have been much harder without them and we would never have known what we were eating in the chinese restaurant lol.

So thanks again Angie and Hairy minx (I think I will pay for calling him that again lol) and thanks to your gorgeous son for keeping our little lady occupied. We think she has a crush on him lol

We sure did have a giggle though and poor OH is threatening to get a t shirt printed with his new nicname on it

Sue, they did get some great bargains. 1 brand new tent still in its box that sells in the stores for €599 at 1/3 of its price ! Some silly bugger decided it buy it when what they really wanted was a caravan

And the Alby is immaculate. And an excellent price too !

Not sure about running a ukcs shopping service though Sue lol.
