Hiya, I am looking for a simple to put up 5 man tent for me & the kids.
My friend & I are planning some girlie and kids weekends away this year. Because it's only an extra tent don't want to spend anymore than £100. (hubby is treating me for xmas)
Seen the high gear akatma in go but if there is anything better out there then that would be great.

I was about to mention the Hi gear atakama, its a good cheap tent we have one we use for all our weekend trips its spacious, Easy to errect and fairly sturdy. Mine has stood up to quite a few windy nights top of Robin hoods bay.
I picked up a gelert tornado 5 for about £60 inc delivery from Charlies Direct. It looks like they're out of stock , but they do have the Gelert Twister 5 for £90 or the Tornado 5 dlx for £100...
The Coleman Canyon 6 does give a lot more living space, though...

The Outwell Kansas 5 is a good, compact 5 person tent although discontinued there are still a few around - Here not sure what the price is supposed to be a bit misleading but under the £100.00 mark
