Can anyone advise if there is a guideline to pitch sizes?

I am looking at purchasing a Outwell Vermont XL but the size concerns me a little. Is it too big for the average campsite pitch.

Dont panic! We have a couple of large outwells and have had no problem pitching them.

There is a thread on this site especially for sites that accept big tents.
