Try looking at the Coleman Rock Springs 3 or 4 man versions. Has a front and rear entrance/storage but only 3 poles. The 4 man version is 6kg. It has a sewn in groundsheet for the front porch area. We combine it with the Vango Adventure Tarp for cooking in wet weather.
It is not a hiking tent, but if you use a trolly on the train it should be easy enough to manage with your other stuff.
I use a Hilleberg Nallo2 GT for cycle camping. loads of room, and the bike tucks away into the porch (gallery) they also do a 3 person, packs at well under 3kg, been using mine for around 5 years and still good as new, great tent and does what it says on the tin!.

Have a look at the Vango Omega 3 berth tent with alloy poles and a huge porch area with windows. Insect mesh to one outer door too. 5kg and small pack size.
I have a Vango spirit 200+ in the ads section. It's a 2 man but with an enormous porch for all your gear and it only weighs 2.6kg. Have a look at them on eBay.

I use a fishing trolley that I strap a large storage box on. This is for when I day camp at my local beach. I still probably take almost as much gear as you would for a few days camping. How about a Vango Juno or Peace 300 or 500 so easy to pitch single handed. I use a pair of poles outside, to make an A frame and hang the tent, so all inside space is available. I also have a thin sheet of ply wood that sits on the base of the trolley and makes a table or seat.
------------- Canvas tent, paraffin light, petrol stove. Heaven
I'd rather be kayaking.
Spent up, not pent up, just had my new tent up.
