Hi,

I have seen on other posts that the Hi Gear Kalahari 10 is the same as the Gelert Meridian 10, can anyone confirm this is correct ?

I am looking for a carpet for my Kalahari 10, but Go Outdoors are out of stock on-line, so i am wondering if the Meridian 10 carpet will do the same job - although i am not sure i can even get hold of one !!!

Any advice would be great.....

They are exactly the same EXCEPT the (2010) Meridian is 5000mm Hydrostatic head.

The Hi-Gear Kalahari is only 3000 mm.

Also Gelert have now changed their colours.  The blue is now a lot brighter.

Hi Penecon

I'm in Wales and looking at Kalahari 10 and wondered if you could tell me where you got yours. Had a quick search in your immediate area for a factory and had no luck.  Your review made me change mind from outwell, which is great as I need to budget!  Hope you don't mind me asking.  Many thanks.
