Does anyone know if the Vango Adventure tarp would fit my tent. Any picture I have seen the tarp is on an end door, but the Beta only has 2 side doors.
It says in the description that it "can be attached to the side or front of the tent" but I cant see how it would go on the side of mine. My tent comes under the category of Adventure Tent in any listing s too.
Thanks in advance

In the printed Vango catalogue (page 48, PDF of catalogue on their website under Support>downloads), the adventure tarp isn't listed as an addition for the Beta, although it is for other "Adventure" range tents as you say. I guess the reason is likely to be that the Beta is taller than the tarp?
I've been confused about that also :) I can see how it'd fit our Alpha and Shadow but not the Beta 450. You can use it with a pole for a standalone shelter, I'm quite tempted by one anyway and giving that a try.

You could really do with 1 or 3 extra poles to use it as a standalone shelter - 1 extra pole will give you a A line shelter, 3 will enable you to have one side raised, while the other is pegged to the ground as a wind/weather break. The latter will give you more useable space.. We use the tent's porch poles and one from an old tent. Use the different heights and even take sections out of their length to allow for different weather shedding shapes. You will need to buy additional, longer guys to do this. There are a couple of spare longer guys that come with the tarp if I remember rightly so you can use it as a freestanding A line shelter, but you will need more if you hold one or all sides up.
You can even use them at a variety of different heights if you have sufficient length guys ( tie loops in the ends of each guy and just wrap the relevant loop around the fabric guying points on the tarp and thread the guyrope back through itself, trapping the fabric guying point and any pole tip when you pull the loop tight - this means you can add the right guyrope easily for what you want at the time without having to tie and untie knots).
It won't shelter your door, but it makes a good cooking/ sunning shelter...
I have recently bought a Vango BETA tent and I too am interested in getting a tarp to suit it.
Ideally I want something that covers one of the doors so that the door can be left open in the rain without it raining in the tent?
I wondered if I could somehow use the elasticated side over the tent (although it may cover the other door slightly), and prop the other side of the adventure tarp up with the pole supplied, thus allowing me to keep one door open?
It's a shame I can't have a play with one and try some things out before buying :(
I have the Vango Omega 350 which is the same shape as the Beta. I have used an Adventure tarp with it in light drizzle and it was fine. You would need to lose a bit of space by bringing it further back over the tent if it was raining in earnest (like today!) but you could maybe turn it around. Have used it to cook under (carefully) and it was fine. See below :
