hi my daughter has just bought one of these tents .although it is a fantastic tent it is vey big .

does anyone one know of any sites where large tents are accepted .i think she may have to pay for 2 pitches are they allowed to do this ?

We also have an Idaho XL.  Some campsites may charge extra for larger tents but not all do. We haven't had to pay any extra at the three sites we've used. There is a link, maybe in features and tips(?), on sites accepting larger tents. Fab tent though, although we have purchased the smaller Vango Icarus for weekends now as it is quite a monster to put up!
