Hi all, I'm posting this on here for our friends......

When we were away last season our friends bent 2 of the upright poles whilst pitching their Royal Bordeaux 6, Does anyone here have this tent? Has anyone bought replacement poles from Royal? Our Friends are having a nightmare getting replacements and we are all going away for our first trip next weekend! They have contacted Royal direct but, by all accounts, have had no joy........

At this rate I think they will be sleeping in our tent with us!!!!!!!

Mayeb try Tent Spares. Royal isn't brand they list on the site but may still stock something suitable.

Give them a ring though, not everything they stock is on the site.

I am sure that there must be supplies out there as I've heard of a number of instances of poles breaking on this Royal tent. I'd second the above suggestions or try contacting your local Royal tent dealer.

No joy with TENTSPARES and hit a brick wall with nearest Royal dealer, just told to contact Royal direct which already seems to be a dead end. I'm just glad We bought an Outwell and not a Royal, there customer service is dire!
