back of tent into the wind

Coleman northstar propane lanterns give of loads of light and heat - as do the dual fuel Coleman lamps.

We have a fan heater and I can be very useful - especialy early and late season and sometimes in summer if it gets really cold at night just to take the chill off. Hot water bottles are good too.
we found the Coleman lantern put out as much heat as the fan heater did at Easter so used that as well.

You can get a heater that runs off gas canisters (hairspray ones) if you don't want to go down the ehu route - also black cat, blue cat, parabolic heaters
