Does anyone have any experience buying from this on-line company. I just tried to order a tent and it wouldn't process my credit card....also the tents seems very cheap...somehow that makes me nervous!
Thanks!

Thanks for the info...I say cheap because we like the Outwell Arkansas 5, most retailers sels for £499, with Tents 4 less, it's £399. Quite a difference.

Tents for less are the online arm of Norwich Camping & Leisure who are a very well know independant retailer locally and who I use a great deal.
Customer Service is usually excellent.
I bought my Arkansas 5 from NC&L and am delighted with it. We have also returned good without any hassle. I see no reason to suspect they would offer a lesser service via their website.
Great tent choice!

Norwich camping is definately a great store but i thought their online store was http://www.norwichcamping.co.uk
That is the web address for their main store and you can buy online there. they run both sites.

Norwich Camping told me as far as she was aware they are nothing to do with Tents 4 Less and she hadn't heard of them!
at everyone else
Placed an out of hours credit card order and tried to get definitive answer on stock/despatch following day. Phone goes straight to answer machine with no greeting. E-mailed on-line question but no answer yet, albeit it was only an hour ago!
Below I've copied an email which confirms the link between tents4less.co.uk and norwichcamping.co.uk. I was going to advance order the Kampa Bude 4 but didn't want to be charged until it was ready for dispatch. As you'll see I was referred to the company's other website, which had the capacity to hold billing until dispatch. May be the member of staff spoken to was not aware of the link between the two websites.
The company proved a good company to do business with.

Helen,
Many thanks for your email. The Tents4less website is set up to take payment when you actually place the order i'm afraid. If you would prefer to pay for the Bude 4 when it is ready for dispatch, could I suggest that you place your order through our other website: www.norwichcamping.co.uk ?
On this site we have the facility to put your order "On Hold", then process and take payment only when the item is in stock.
As per Speedcamp's post YES Norwich Camping ARE part of Tents 4 Less.
The girl who took my call was unaware of it but when I actually let the message go on for a couple of more seconds there was a message diverting you to the shop which was Norwich Camping's number. The second person I spoke to (Melissa) was extremely helpful and informed me that the website wasn't up to date and the item we ordered had sold out through the day :-( but she is going to issue a refund.
After all that and although I haven't actually gone through with an order Melissa has given me the faith to place another order with them. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternative item in either!
Apologies if my earlier post mis-led anyone.
