just spoke to vango direct after having a rather interesting conversation with a chap at a camping shop who said the tunnel extension will not fit the side of the tigris 400 and you should avoid at all costs... so fed up of being told different things i have spoken to vango who have confirmed this... i pointed out that it states can be used with this tent he said no, you shouldnt its a waste of time

and the premium is the only one thats of any use

beginning to despair now

i think will hunt for the premium extension and see what happens just thought i would share incase anyone having same issues!
