I sent an email to Vango customer service, asking several questions about pitching my new tent, and had a very helpful and friendly reply within hours. Top marks to Vango, it seems that some companies have got it right (and no, I'm not connected to them in any way!)

Agreed, I had a question about canopies a couple of weeks back that was answered the same day after a web query was submitted. Very impressed.
