I have an Outwell Colorado 5 which I got last year. Unfortunately in strong winds two of the plastic ferrules that join the 19mm metal uprights and the fiberglass roof polls have broken.
Does anyone know where I can get replacement parts as I've searched without luck. I've tried Norwich Camping and tentspares without any luck.

thanks for this. Our Colorado 5 suffered in high winds over the weekend - same deal with the plastic bits snapping. Unfortunately the metal also twisted - need to check but I think the fabric survived.
Will go straight to Outwell and see what they've got - just out of interest - how did you re- attach the connectors to your poles?

I actually can't see why Outwell chose plastic for this part - its an obvious weak point. Vango have a welded metal D-ring and pin system on their steel poles for the fibreglass poles of the Kairos range..
I would glue them in, but I have used my 2 spares without glue and they work fine. I now have two more bent so really need to get some. Certainly a bad design and weak point :-(
