I have the Licata 400 which I can pitch on my own (I'm a short, unfit mum of 3) and we find it perfect for me and the 2 littlies (aged 9 and 4). Bedroom is large and can be divided, spacious living area, massive windows, SIG, standing height throughout, good ventialtion. Ours stood up to some horrendous wind and rain a couple of weeks ago with no leaks or snapped poles in sight!
If you look here, you can find it for less than £90 - BARGAIN!!!

If you want more space, have a look at the Licata 600.
