Hello
I'm needing to replace a 25+ year old tent and wondered if anyone could recommend a really easy to pitch tent. i'll be a single adult with a few small people too small to help set up a tent.

Ideally I would like something with 2 seperate or vis a vis bedrooms which has good headheight. but stability and weatherproofness would be more important

Fussy I know but...

Dutch Pyramid ? Obelink do 4 berth from about £150 delivered. Amazingly resiliant to bad weather and you can stand in the middle. Easy pitch solo, quick too

Canvas is ideal for kids as they can still kip inside in hot weather, and cosy in cold weather too

Ours has single bedroom pod and big curtain divider - its great for checking/sorting kids at night without getting out of bed. VisaVis and kids really didnt work for us

Have you got a budget or other constraints (like small car or need for triple height airbed? etc)

I agree, pyramids are so easy to put up, and amazingly stable.

I have the Licata 400 which I can pitch on my own (I'm a short, unfit mum of 3) and we find it perfect for me and the 2 littlies (aged 9 and 4).
Bedroom is large and can be divided, spacious living area, massive windows, SIG, standing height throughout, good ventialtion.
Ours stood up to some horrendous wind and rain a couple of weeks ago with no leaks or snapped poles in sight!

If you look here, you can find it for less than £90 - BARGAIN!!!

If you want more space, have a look at the Licata 600.
