We've acquired the above model of tent and tried to pitch it this morning without success.
Please can someone tell us, do the blue poles with bends go over the pods and do the long red poles go over the dome. We're wondering if our tent has been colour coded incorrectly. If the red poles go over the top do they cross over each other, going through two sleeves opposite each other. PLEASE HELP!

The bendy ones go over the porch, if I'm not mistaken. We've got the Vacanza one from Argos, which to all intents (!!) and purposes is the same tent! (Can't remember which colour goes where as we've only pitched it once - but we're at Pillaton next weekend so you're welcome to come and check if you're there!
Hi frb1 The long red poles make up the main dome/living area of the tent and indeed do cross over each other - put these through 1st then someone needs to go inside the tent to hold these up to head height whilst a second person puts the ring & pins into the bottom of the poles - once this is erected then add the bedroom pod poles. We have the XXL.
