i am so confused here. so can i still book a normal pitch size if for example i went to park resorts or haven or sumwhere like that? because on the booking form it aks if your tent is bigger than 21 ft?

As your tent is over 5m in both directions,then in answer to your question no.
The reason a maximum width rule applies is usually there has to be at least 6m between units(exc guys) to act as a firebreak.
