Hi! I have an Outwell Montana 12 tent. Moved recently & have completely lost the entire set of poles & pegs, not to mention the handy bag they all came in!! Any ideas where I can source a replacement set? Amazon offers replacements for 1 generic pole only. I've been on Outwell's website, but it's only offering to put me in touch with country-specific suppliers- I've emailed a couple without luck. At the moment my tent is a very large pancake.

I seem to remember John Cross on here from Cross Camping, did say that he sold the poles of, from his display tents when the canvas became shot at, could be worth a phone call.
There are 2 whole pole sets for the Montana 6 on ebay at the moment (at little more than the cost of one complete pole), whether components of those would be any good....? You could ask Gary or another retailer with a good knowledge of the product.

No they're not, they are one set of U-shaped poles (two sides, one top), nothing more. I'd already looked at them, the advert is very misleading in my mind, especially the picture of the bag showing a whole pole set.

That's a real shame and obviously trying to rake it in...
Retailers often end up with either the flysheet box or pole set box left over from larger tents at the end of the season - having replaced part of a faulty tent or just having misplaced one. That's how we managed to get a second version of our Vango Columbia 600 - one retailer sold a complete pole set box on ebay and we managed to find another who had a lonely flysheet box (without poles). Shame these Montana poles weren't in the same league for you.
