We already have a large Vango tent and have been looking for a smaller tent for weekend use. 

After lots of recommendations members on here we have purchased a Vago Icarus 500 with a canopy off Ebay for a very good price.

We have put the tent and canopy up but the canopy doesn't seem to fit particulary well.  On the bag is say 'Large Canopy'

Is there a specific canopy for the Icarus 500 that will fit better and is the one we have a universal one?

Hello, it doens't say Icarus anywhere on the canopy, looking at yours the 2 arches are the same height, on the one we have they are different heights.

Are you able to use the side door with a canopy on?

Thats great, just the answer I needed.  I put this one back on Ebay and purchase the specific one for it.
