I am off to a festival quite soon and need a new tent as I bought a pop up tent last year and it was not the best experience. I am looking for a 2 man tent with space for my wellies in the tent but not in the main sleeping area. Any recommendation on what tent to buy?

Hi Matt & welcome to the forum

The first bit of advice I'd give you is 'don't pay more for a festival tent than you can afford to lose'. I can understand that you want more space, but go for either a second-hand good brand of tent, or a double skinned tent at a price which won't break the bank.

One of the best "stand-up height" 2 berths around is the Kampa Bude 2, though not many people would want to take theirs to a Festival (unless it was a particularly subdued one!).

If you're not worried about standing, and for more of a bargain, a simple Coleman Rock Springs 3 (£61) or a Vango Zetes 300 (£40) will do the job fine.

Or if you're even more of a bargain hunter, and plan to leave it behind.... the Outdoor Revolution 2 Lite touring tent won't even take £30 out of your wallet, and is ideal for a weekend away with the wellies!
