Well, we have finally ordered our first tent today - we have gone for the Vango Maritsa 500 - am sooo excited for it to arrive so we can have a trial run

Thanks Had a phone call yesterday to say the carpet is out of stock, but due in on Thursday so should be with me early next week - not too bothered, couldn't have had a trial run this weekend anyway as we have a wedding to go to!
Wish you ll the best with your new tent. You made an excellent choice ,they have some very good reviews. Question : have not been inside the new vango colour yet . You will have to tell us what it's like.
Daveboy, will definitely let you all know how we get on with it - we both loved it when we went in it at GO, I think the porch is going to be a godsend, especially if the weather is bad! Madscot66, I have found the reviews on this site invaluable in helping us make our decision. The one that they have up at our local GO is blue, but they had a Maritsa 700 up in green, so we were able to compare and have decided to go for the green one.
Had a phone call today to say the carpet had come into stock, so everything was being despatched today for deliver tomorrow - can't wait :-) Kazza, I love the 700 but it really is a bit too big for me, OH and a Jack Russell :-)
