I just threw mine away!  Not that they would have helped, they were the weirdest translation ever!  However, that doesn't help you - it's as was said, put the 2 crossover poles in (ours aren't colour coded) and pin and it should stay in shape, especially if someone is supporting it, and then all should become clear!
