bought a mojave 5 in aug 2009,was on offer! did'nt use it until may 2010 then only about 5 wk ends in all. used in in may bank holiday 2011 wk end noticed a rip in the roof,got it repaired but was told that it looked about to split even more so rang go outdoors at coventry where i bought it from and today they changed it for a brand new one .now if thats not customer service at its best .

Our local (Stockport) Go Outdoors are fantastic, One of the sleeping pod zips broke, they gave us a spare sleeping pod (still have original pod as a spare) then a zip broke on the fly sheet, and they ordered a spare and swapped it.
Best Customer service I know of, try asking for a swap on a car due to a fault and they would laugh at you.
I feel they are really leading the way in camping shops (no offence to others as I havent had dealings with them)
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
