Hi we have got a gelert meridian beyond 10 man tent used it 4 times ,but every time we find it a bit heavy to put up think we might be doing something wrong ,my question is do we put all the poles in together 5 hoops on top of each other and walk the tent or stand them up one at a time,if that makes sence .what iam trying to say is whats the best way to put up a 10 man tunnel tent fiberglass poles
        Thanks pt

Having had a similar problem with a vando verona 8dxl I find that if you are on your own then pegging out one side and then inserting poles and 'walking' it forward to be the best way.....if there are 2 of you however, it is definately easier to get aperson at either end and stand them up one at a time!   If all else fails, standing around with a desperate expression on your face usually produces a lot of offers of help from other campers.........
