Have you tried contacting Yeomans to see if they have one on display near you

I thought the Glendale had a built in awning the same as the Vermont

Ah by awning I mean an area without a SIG, looking at the pictures Glendale and Vermont have a SIG right to the front unles you get the extention. IS my terminology wrong?
Toms mum..I know exactly what you mean as I tend to call it the canopy thing and for me its getting to be the most important thing I want from our new tent,as somewhere for wet shoes, cooking and just chatting of an evening.
we have looked at the kampa croyde ,read great reviews but cannot find anywhere with it on display.
just wondering how you get on with it and what you think?
btw I'm a mum to a Tom too

We were there yesterday to look at the larger tents on display and pretty certain they had a glendale 5. Best ring to check first but im damn sure there was one on display!!
After looking around at different styles and makes we bought the Glendale 5 (test pitched it in the park yesterday during a gap in the weather!). It's very spacious and has nice large windows and I plan to cook and stash muddy boots in the porch with the bathtub groundsheet. You could always buy the side extension if you wanted an alternative open ended area? We are going to use ours as it is for now and buy that later if we feel we need it. I will be posting a proper review and pictures once we have had a holiday in it. Hope you find one on display near you - it's well worth a look
