Well as some of you may remember my lovely husband has agreed to us buying a 5m bell and the saving has started in earnest!! Now I had my heart set on BelltentsUK 5m ultimate for £489 but have spotted on ebay one by Karma canvas which is only £419. It seems to be much the same (ZIG is a must) so hoping some of you experts can tell me if the ultimate is worth the extra? I'm intending to put a stove in it at some point as well.
Thanks guys

Hi, I met the karma canvas people at a site last weekend. They had a 4m & 5m zig bell pitched. The 5m had a stove fitted too.
They looked good, I asked a few questions (as I secretly covet one!), they saud they get them from the same person who supplies obelink.
The bells looked good quality, they were nice people, i suggest that if you are interested you should give them a call and ask about quality, warranty etc.
Sorry I can't answer in more detail, I'm certainly no expert, but they looked good from my quick snoop. I hope that helps a bit.
Just to say I own a karma canvas 5m ZIG bell tent and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The staff were extremely helpful and as I needed my tent in a hurry it was dispatched on a next day delivery. I have done a comparison on other ultimate/hybrid models and i can confirm they are all of the same quality. It's a great tent at a great price, in fact when you do the maths they're even slightly cheaper than the obelink 500 UL bell tent, so many thanks to karma canvas, 5 stars from me!
Hi Forum. I've just joined this forum and found this post..
I actually do some work for Karma Canvas on their tent alterations, and log burner flap unpgrades.
We are based in Kinver, South Staffs, England...
I understand that Karma may have a mark up on their goods (65% is cheap, standard bottom line in retail should be 85%) but isn't that the way we make money in business...buy in bulk and supply the demand?
I for one hope to buy from them after I've talked them into letting me test a bell tent along side my VWT5 next time I go camping..(If I do I'll post some photos).
I say hat off to them and hope the ebay site feedback tells the full story.
