Hi everyone.
I'm in need of some help choosing my 2nd tent. i already have a khyam ontario 8 which is our main tent used when me, dh and 4 kids go camping but im looking for something so i can take the kids away whilst dh stays behind to work.
The problem being im not very strong and have health issues with my hips so need something very simple to put up alone with minimal help from my 11yr old dd. I also dont want something that we will outgrow too quickly. myself and youngest 2 sons share one airbed and dd and ds share another airbed.
All help greatly appreciated
Thanks x

We always found our Icarus was pretty easy to put up and a decent selection of accessories are available for it as well. Probably the best value for money tent out there

I had an Icarus 500 and still currently have a 4.2. I would definately recommend the Icarus over the 4.2. The bath tub groundsheet of the 4.2 was a real let down in bad weather last July. It let in the most incredible draft and we ended up haveing to come home early. If we had taken the Icarus with the SIG then it wouldn't have been an issue.

The Icarus took longer to pitch but at 20 minutes it's still quick enough for a weekend tent.
