Hi

Wondered if anyone could help. Have seen some pictures on the tent review section of Oakland xl, with the front door raised and held up with 2 poles to make a kind of canopy. Is this a standard feature... looks great but we don't seem to have any left over poles???
Thanks

Have to buy separate poles. Most Outwells come without the poles for some reason........

Didnt you get two door poles with the tent. I thought that was standard practice with the outwell tents I know that every tent we've ever bought has had 2 door poles. You can get universal ones online here

We had to buy them for our Oakland but they came with the Salinas. I think they're standard with the Monty too.

Hi

They come with tents like the Monty 6, Vermont reange etc but not tents like the Oakland, Nevada etc. Two different levels/ranges (deluxe & premium)

We have the Oakland XL and the side extension. We tend to use the side door as the front rather than bother with the poles for the front door. They didn't come with it and we had to buy seperately.
