Hope no one minds but just a quick question after my 1st outing in a tent for a few years. Anyone got any pointers on ideal pitches - made a mistake this weekend and went for the view on the cliff top! Tent is Outwell Texas L so pretty high and just ended being battered by the wind that got up overnight. Just wondered what tipped others off to a good pitch.
