anyone know wear i can find a bear lake 6 or a wolf lake 7 on show in glasgow. i have tried the go outdoors and the tried looking myself but most places don t have there tents on show now because of the great weather we are having.

We drove down to Ambleside to see the tennessee 5, the wolf lake was up there. I know Yeomans had some shows in Scotland but they were all earlier in the summer I think. It's a nice drive down through the lake district! There don't seem to be many decent tent showrooms in Scotland at all, GO have the most and of course it's mainly Hi Gear.

This might sound a bit strange, but when we were looking for our last tent, we looked around a busy campsite to see the tents that looked like what we were looking for and the ones to avoid!
We've been camping this weekend and saw both tents you mention being used in action..

Hello, we are in the Midlands and have been also looking for a Bear Lake and not having much luck.
But when we were camping at the end of August I decided to have a wonder around the site having a nose at other peoples tents, we were looking for a Monty 6 or Bear Lake 6, we saw both, I even went over to the Bear Lake owners and asked about it and was asked inside, they were very helpful.
I also found the Outwell videos on You Tube and on their website useful for getting an idea of sizes.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
