We have just bought a Gelert Quick Pitch Quest. As with all pop-ups, its great to get up but we can't get it down. We have looked at how to put them down on you tube and that is fine but when you do follow the examples, the tent is still too big to get back into the bag. The tent instructions indicate an additional step but are so confusing that we can't understand what its about and just cannot get this tent down. If anyone has one of these, I would really appreciate some advice.
