i am interested in buying a outwell wolf lake 7 tent. i'm seeing one the weekend my question is,

How can i tell what year the tent is? i have been told the tent was brought this year. Is there any differences to a 2009/10 model to a 2011?

Yes the 2011 model has green in green stripe bedrooms and the previous models had plain grey

Just wondering why you have picked the Wolf Lake??

We upgraded to one this year as my daughter and son wanted seperate bedrooms !!

we already had the Bear Lake 6 and loved it.

We found that the Wolf Lake was a lot harder to put up due to its extra width and weight ( and if it's windy it was real hard work for 2 )

Once the tent was set up its great

Not trying to put you off this great tent just passing on my opinion

We only used ours for 3 weeks this year and have sold it and now trying a trailer tent

You can find a label on the innertent with a production date

thats the tent sorted, now its just everything else to get.

Did you buy the tent ???

yes brought the tent. it had only been used twice.. even the peg toggles looked brand new, with no signs of dirt. it has the striped bedroom compartments.

the reason why i chosen this tent was because of its strong structure, the material its made from, and the size for my 2 toddlers.

it didn't come with the footprint nor the carpet.

now i need a decent size trailer to put it in.
