Hi. Already got a quechua pop up 4.2 and thinking of expanding living area. Will the overhangs for attaching the pop up tents lift high enough to put the porch of the 4.2 under?
really torn between another pop up to add extra living space or a day tent such as the khyam screendome...any ideas?

Hi Beavering!  Welcome to the Mad House!! lol

We have the 4.2 also, and have a Base Seconds Standard which we 'twin' together.  Fit really great together, no leaks in rain, etc.  The 'BS Full' should be the same with the benefit of the two 'covers/flaps' that can cover  two small pup tents.  Would like to get a BS Full, but only if they get cheaper

Love our quechua set up, so quick and easy.

Not 100% on the new Family Seconds 4.2's and twinning with the base seconds full/standard as the canopoes are different between the family seconds 4.2 & 4.2xl new style compared to the older base seconds 4.2 original tent.

If its the original 4.2 base seconds(green not beige) you have then it will twin fine as we used to do it.
