Was going to go for the Kampa Pendine 8 but would have liked to have seen one up but no one over our way (west yorks) seems to have one on display then today we have seen the SunnCamp Shadow 800 which we also liked.

Any opnions :)

Looked at the reviews i'm swaying kampa but the suncamp has got me thinking again. Anyone know what the difference is with the 800 DL model instead of just the 800?

Can't help with the Suncamp, but I have a Pendine 8 and also Porch and love it.

We camp as 2 adults (sometimes 3) and 2 teenagers (sometimes 3) and a mad Labradoodle. and we have plenty of space.

There is quite a high step over to get in/out but, it just means no running in/out for the kids, they need to stop and think.

Living area a good size, plenty of space for tables and chairs, 4 bed areas (one side can be unzipped to make a 4 bed area). Usually you can get a deal if you but tent, porch, carpet together and porch is handy for cooking area and storage as it closes right over.

Easy to erect, and solid in the wind, I previously couldn't see past Outwell but Kampa have the same quality at a better price.

My next tent will probably be a Kampa but happy just now with Pendine.

Happy shopping and happy camping when you choose a tent
