They are Vango Force 10 Classic copies, well overpriced & the ad deliberately misleads. It says 'each inner-tent is made from 100% breathable cotton, rendering your average stuffy plastic tent obsolete' which counts for nowt because the flysheet is 'your average stuffy plastic'.
Interesting. It says polyester on the Firebox site, but on FieldCandy's own site it says quite clearly that they are 100% cotton; "FieldCandy's tent is 100% natural cotton".
However if you hunt through the FAQ page, it states that the flysheet is indeed polyester. That means that the website is being misleading. Not good.

Absolutely. The fact they make this statement is very misleading. Only the inner tent is cotton and they refer to other tents being plastic.......sooooo how many other tents on the market have a plastic inner tent????? Think they are due an e-mail or two!
Just sent them this, God I must be bored..........................
Hi,
Just a quick comment on the tents on your website. Whilst I think they look great, your website is very mis-leading and this is being picked up on camping forums. A lot of people are under the impression that your tents are 100% cotton which would make them much more desirable than a polyester one. Your site mis-leads people into thinking this as on the features section, it states clearly that the tents are cotton, and that most other tents are plastic. A little more digging around and you will see that the flysheet is in fact polyester, which is plastic. So your tents are no different to the other plastic tents on the market. Sure, the inner tent is cotton, but I think you need to make it more clear that the flysheet is polyester, because it is the flysheet material which people look at, not the inner tent material.
Kind Regards
Andy
