Hi all it's been five years since we last went away camping and are now ready to go once again !! When we last went we took an outwellcolorado as there was four us us ,this year we are only going as a twosome so dont really need the clat of pitching as big a tent , what I would like to know is what is the best two person tent for about a week or so in the summer so weather touch wood should not be that much of an issue !! (I hope)!! I was only really looking initially at the vango Icarus 500 but upon reading review after review a pattern of water ingress came to my attention , I know it's not all in fact only some but I don't want to chance getting a duff one if you get my drift ! Can anyone give any alternatives that would fit the bill? I'm not prepared to spend say more than £200 as I won't be using it very much but don't want a holiday spoilt by poor tent performance! Sorry to waffle on but I know there's loads of great reviewers out there and would welcome any input P s it's nice to be back!!

A cheap canvas? (you might have been better putting this in the tent bit rather than the equipment)We have 2 canvas tents...cost for both £100,10 mins to pitch.
An outwell carolina, plenty headroom,sig,2 doors, heaps of windows, they are now discontinued but I think you can still get them for around £199 and they stand up to pretty much anything!
------------- March- Padstow
April- Forest Glade
