Can anyone tell me where I can see a Outwell Delaware 7 in the Yorkshire ish area looking to buy one but at the cost would like to see it first

Theres one up at Caseys in Chester, I would ring to double check before setting off though but pretty sure it was a 7.

Yeomans Calver had a Delamere 5 up.

Take a look at the outwell Vermont xlp, pretty much the same tent but £100 less and you will find more on display and possibly better package deals etc as more retailers stock the Vermont xlp
