Looking for an alternative to putting up the full awning on our holiday 400 trailer tent. Been looking at the sunncamp day room for using as main living space for quick weekends away
Has anyone got or used one? Any alternative suggestions?
We have an older version of this that we use as kitchen tent when we go away have been very happy with it, got ours from the range cost about £50 around 4 yrs ago.
We have a Sunncamp day room, we used it for a kitchen tent to go with our little Freedom caravan. It was very usefull as you could roll up the covers over the mesh sides for ventilation or keep them down to keep the rain out or for privacy.
It is a decent size and can easily fit chairs and a table in if needbe.
Alternatively i have seen on a campsite over the weekend a Coleman Outdoors Camping Screened Mesh canopy which I have seen on for Ebay for £65. It is the same size as the sunncamp, but mesh on all four sides, which would be better if you are going abroad as no condensation issues.

I have the Sunncamp day tent, we used it over the weekend and it held up against some gusty and very wet weather, we managed a medium kitchen stand, large table dry, six chairs, four adults and 2 children.
It is sturdy and well made.
