Hi all, does anyone know where I might be able to get a spare Yellow (rear) pole replacement for mu Voyager 6.  Had high winds and torrential rain, and the 3rd section of the yellow pole has split (it may have been faulty).

I know GO sell the sections seperately, but I'd then have to unthread and rethread the elastic.  Any ideas?

Not sure of the overall length, so there might be an alternative pole that does the job.  I know it's a 12.7mm pole.

Unfortunately it was a no-go from GO (pun intended). Customer Services at GO:

"I have looked into this for you and can tell you that you are not able to buy sets of poles.

There are only the sections which just need to be cut down to size to fit the length that you need."

To be honest if it’s just one pole section t it should not take too long to replace and it’s not that difficult. It might be worth buying a length of pole elastic and a tent pole threader to make it easier.

If the poles have different lengths and widths just take a note of there positions before undoing the cord. Just make sure they are fitted back in the same sequence.

Thats incredibly bad after sales service. Higear are Go outdoors own brand tents and they cant supply you with a new pole. If you are near to a go outdoors take it in and let them make one up for you. Otherwise most decent camping stores will fit new pole sections for you, but as already said they are quite easy to repair
