Does anyone have any ideas on a decent size tent which you are able to stand up in, and also easy to put up. A while ago i am sure i saw a tent that was able to be put up in about a minute but cannot remember what it was.

Hi alison46, we had an Outwell Vermont XL. It was huge at 8m x 4.5m and 2.2m high. It wasn't what you would call a quick pitch but we could put it up in 35 minutes. For me a solid tent was more important than an ultra quick pitch.
You'll find most tunnel tents very easy to put up and you can stand up in most of them. They obviously take longer than a minute to pitch but no more than half an hour including all the pegging out (unless you've got one of the enormous ones with hundreds of guys and pegging points...)

We have a Quechua seconds 4.2xl illumin, brilliant, we can stand in it, 5'7" and husband is taller. took less than 15 minutes to get it up and about that to put it away, instructions are simple, first time I put it away, followed instructions, got it right first time, not an issue. The ilumin, has a lighting system, saves taking the lanterns, brilliant.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
