I have a problem with my pole end cap system.
The pole end cap goes into a plastic fitting that is attached to the tent.
In our last outing which was very windy, a number of the plastic fittings split. I was wandering what alternative system i could use to attach the pole end caps to the tent.

Terra Nova use a similar system (assuming your poles are fibreglass) and also on our Halo 73 but instead of the plastic clip the pole goes through an eyelet in a webbing strap this has never let us down but you would have to make them up yourself with a length of webbing and a eyelet fixing kit if you look at the picture at the bottom of the page in the link you will see what I mean
