HI, i went camping at the weekend and when it came to unpegging the ground was sold making it near impossible to get the begs out the ground (didn't have a peg retriever at the time). When it came to getting the pegs out from where you peg the ring down that has the hook that slots into the tent pole i had to pull by the strap, all but 1 came out fine but on the last one the metal ring (which all tents have - like the ring on a key ring) straightened out so i now i wont be able to hook the pole in position. I have contacted vango to try and find out the name for this part and where i can get one from but not had a reply yet and i need one urgently as i am going camping again next weekend. Is there anyone on here who has had a similar problem and no the name of the part and where i can buy on from?

Its called a ring and pin and yes you can buy replacements comes complete with the ring and the pin any good camping shop shouls have them Ring and pin
