I have been looking for around 6 months now for a Vango Orchy 600 extension in smoke and ocean. I have checked all the usual places like eBay but the only ones that become available are complete with tent lol. I would prefer new but used is just as good if one could be found ? Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

The extension that was made for the Orchy was called the Premium Extension, and the smoke colour was the 2009 colour, as the 2010 blue colour was called Bluebell.
The Premium Extensions haven't been available for a couple of years, and as they were quite versatile regarding which tent they fitted they were the extension that all the Icarus owners bought. Vango caught on and brought out an Icarus specific extension but not before all the Premium Extensions became like hens teeth. There's an ebay shop called 'Nearly New Tents' who are owned by Vango, they sometimes have some old stock listed for sale.
One possibility for you is to look at some of the other brands of extensions, and using the measurements supplied on various websites measure them against the width and height of your own orchy. The Orchy had a slight change in design since you got yours in the Smoke colour, but probably not that drastic. It was the front hoop that they changed, so if you're looking up the dimensions for the tent try and look for an older one.
Good, 'universal' extensions would be offerings from Royal and Lichfield, but you'd not be matching the colour. But you might get a shade that you'd be happy with.
Alternatively go for one of the new 'all in' deals with tent, extension, carpet etc. It's near enough autumn now and the shops are clearing stock to make room for the new ranges. If you're going to do that have a look at the Vango Icarus, it's alot of tent for the money.
