I was originally looking at the vermonts but decided they are too big.
What is the difference between the above two tents. They seem almost identical? On outwell website the width/length are the same although it differs on this sites tent review pages?

The Delaware is part of their avantgarde collection and is built with outtex 6000 polyester, has tinted windows, zip up curtains, steel poles through out, and tested to force 10 gales.
The Glendale is part of their deluxe collection and built with outtex 4000 polyester, normal windows, toggle curtains, has some fibreglass poles some steel, and tested to force 9 gales.
I think floor space wise the seem the same, with the Delaware being slightly wider (5cm). So the bedrooms will be a little roomier, but not much. The material is visibly thicker on the Delaware, and it is more aestheticly pleasing, but there is a big price difference too.
Your choice between them will depend on what your looking for I suppose. I know I'd be happy with either, but if pushed I'd go for the Delaware purely on aesthetics.

Ty Mawr - March
Hurley Riverside Park - May
One other key difference is the extra side door in the Delaware tent which will help with ventilation. You will probably notice this more in the warmer weather also it will give you a little bit more flexibility.

One thing to note is that there will be no "Mocca" polyester tents next season so if you want new carpets, extensions etc best to buy them now

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
We saw both side by side at yeomans and to be honest the Glendale felt bigger on the inside front porch area as it wasn't panoramic and we prefered it. So that's where my vote would go.
I prefer the Delaware 5. We saw the Glendale 5 and the Delaware 5 together and we prefered the D5. We take our tent to the south of France and the extra side doors (which also have zip up nets) where brilliant for ventilation. The tinted windows are a great feature too and add a bit of security. The drying poles inside are very handy too. We are a family of 4 and the lounge area is really big to accommodate us. We used the front area as our kitchen/storage area which was definately big enough.
