Hi fellow campers
I have a Mojave 5 (bought as a shop return on Ebay) and have found it to be a great tent so far. Like everyone else my camping kit seems to be growing and growing and am now keen to buy a porch/extension. I know I can get a porch for the Mojave 5 but can anyone recommend another that will be of the correct size?

Hi
Would it not be better to get the Mojave 5 one at least then you know it fits correctly

I agree with Des. You are bound to get a good match size wise, but not in colour (if indeed that would bother you).

If costs are a factor, you can keep your eyes on Alchemisticltd (guessing that is who you used on ebay anyway), or 3-traders They are both based in Sheffield and often have various porches/canapies for Hi Gear tents.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, it would be best to buy the correct one and I'm bidding on one already. We don't have a Go Outdoors nearby so am keeping an eye on Ebay. Just wondered if anyone had used a different make which was a good fit.

Most of the Hi Gear family tents match a Gelert family tent. Not sure if something/what matches the Mojave.

If you look through the tent reviews for the Mojave via this very site. You will see fellow owners have used the Hi Gear Kalahari porch and the Vango Icarus 600 Canopy.

So 2 options to look into.

We have the Voyager 6 and were told that the Mojave porch would be a good fit for ours if we still can't get hold of the porch for ours, so would presume that the Voyager 6 porch would also fit the Mojave 5 - they are the same price in GO so not saving any money tho x
