Thats a blast from the past! I know the Vango Premium Extension fits it but it's also discontinued. Then Lichfield brought out a universal canopy without a front, just the canopy, and it was two tone. It's discontinued too, but an ebay trawl may turn one up.
As for carpet, a plastic backed picnic blanket would do the job. If it's not big enough you could look at sewing two or more together. There's a coleman carpet for about £30 which is 230 by 230cm and it would possibly be a good fit...you'd would need to pitch your tent and measure the living space to make sure.
If I remember right the Venture was renamed the Tamor in 2008. I have one of these and I use an Icarus extension (mine is a 2012 extension)on mine and it works well. Sorry can't help with the carpet as I got it the year after they stopped making the tent.
